A non-profit organization in association with the San Buenaventura Conservancy.  Their mission is to preserve our history by refurbishing historic buildings in Ventura County.  Zoey's will be bringing live music to the former Elks Lodge 11 South Ash Street in downtown Ventura.  Part of the proceeds from each show will go towards improving the LODGE!   Once Project Encore has completed renovations they will open it up as a Community Arts Center.  Please support their efforts, WE NEED YOUR HELP!
